Landa Digital Printing has expanded its global team and business development infrastructure with the appointment of several new sales and marketing professionals to demonstrate its commitment to supporting the growing customer base and interest from future customers.

Several new additions to Landa’s team covering key regions across EMEA have joined the company, fulfilling various roles and bringing many years of experience with them. The new appointments include Steve Donegal as regional sales manager for the UK and Ireland, Rob Engelman, as regional sales manager for Benelux, Nordics and Baltics, and Fran Zanier, as EMEA marketing manager.

Sharon Cohen, chief business officer at Landa Digital Printing, commented: ‘With their leadership experience and market knowledge, Steve, Rob and Fran will be crucial in expanding our presence in the region and meeting our growth targets.

‘In addition to new press sales, we’re delighted to see customers from both EMEA and North America acquiring a second press to meet demand. What’s more, and this is really exciting, we’re also seeing more and more big global brands now designing their campaigns and production requirements around the medium run, high-quality digital print – it genuinely feels like a new category of print has been born.’

The Landa portfolio of nanographic printing presses is designed to address a gap in the market for cost-effective short to medium-run mainstream packaging and commercial jobs. The technology includes Landa S10, a single-sided B1 nanographic press designed for mainstream packaging and converting industries, and Landa S10P nanographic press suited for two-sided B1 general commercial printing.

‘Our vision has always been to secure the role of print within the modern communication landscape, and for us, that meant introducing a new technology that could provide the flexibility to lower run lengths, increase sustainability, and drive new profitable services. As print volumes grow exponentially, it’s incredible to see nanography’s impact on the market,’ concluded Gil Oron, chief executive officer at Landa Digital Printing.

The Labels & Labeling global editorial team covers every corner of the world from Europe and the Americas, to India, Asia, Southeast Asia and Australasia with all the latest news from the label and package printing market.
